You'll also leverage your data analytics skills to deliver meaningful insights that support Macmahon's people frameworks and business decision-making.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Responsibilities </strong></p> <p> </p> <ul style="list-style-type:square"> <li>Provide day-to-day support and administration of SAP SuccessFactors across multiple modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Onboarding, Compensation, Succession Planning, and Learning & Development) Maintain high-quality data, systems and reporting</li> <li>Troubleshoot system issues and work collaboratively with IT and vendors to resolve them efficiently</li> <li>Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with data governance and security best practices</li> <li>Configure and optimise system settings, manage upgrades, and implement enhancements</li> <li>Develop and deliver training materials including reference guides, process maps, and user documentation</li> <li>Support leaders and HR teams with SuccessFactors and Power BI reporting to drive data-informed decisions</li> <li>Engage with HR Operations stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into system solutions</li> <li>Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and process optimisation across People Systems</li> <li>Maintain safe work practices and support a paperless environment through effective electronic records management</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What You’ll Bring</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul style="list-style-type:square"> <li>3–5 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors across key modules</li> <li>Strong system configuration and support expertise within an HRIS environment</li> <li>Solid understanding of data governance and security best practices</li> <li>Advanced data analysis and reporting skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights</li> <li>A continuous learning mindset with a passion for staying current on SuccessFactors features and updates</li> <li>Excellent communication skills with a solution-oriented, resourceful approach to problem-solving</li> <li>Ability to take initiative and work both independently and as part of a collaborative team</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Role Details</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul style="list-style-type:square"> <li>Location: Macmahon Head Office – Perth (Near T2)</li> <li>Roster: 5:2/Monday to Friday</li> <li>Competitive benefits package including: <ul> <li>Paid Parental Leave for primary carers </li> <li>Retail discounts (including homewares, outdoor gear, fuel and groceries)</li> <li>Novated leases</li> <li>Comprehensive wellbeing program</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Why Macmahon?</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul style="list-style-type:square"> <li>Work with people who know their stuff and back each other, within a respectful and genuine culture.
