You’ll work with skilled people wo care about doing things the right way and contributing to our teams’ success.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>Support the effective implementation of HSEQT plans by providing expert coaching, leading incident investigations, and driving accountability for corrective actions. The role offers full-time FIFO opportunities with flexible, family-friendly rosters from Perth and the East Coast.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul style="list-style-type:square"> <li>Ensure effective implementation and adherence to the HSEQT management plan.</li> <li>Provide expert coaching and guidance as a part of the site leadership team.</li> <li>Facilitate incident investigations and improved outcomes.</li> <li>Drive ownership & accountability for corrective actions management.</li> <li>Add value at the work front using your experience and training expertise.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What You’ll Bring</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul style="list-style-type:square"> <li>Demonstrated HSEQT experience in Underground mining (desirable)</li> <li>Cert IV Work Health and Safety (Minimum) - Diploma or above (desirable).</li> <li>Cert IV in Training and Assessing (TAE40122 or equivalent).</li> <li>ICAM Lead investigator.</li> <li>Formal auditing qualifications (desirable).</li> <li>Proficient with HSEQT reporting platforms (e.g. Evotix or similar).</li> <li>Experience with learning management systems (e.g. Cloud Assess).</li> <li>Intermediate level computing skills.</li> <li>Current Australian Driver's License (Manual) and ability to pass site medical and pre-employment checks.</li> <li>Strong communication and stakeholder skills</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Role Details</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul style="list-style-type:square"> <li>Location: Various projects around Australia</li> <li>Roster: Various rosters available 14/14 or 8:6</li> <li>Competitive benefits package including: <ul> <li>Paid Parental Leave for primary carers </li> <li>Retail discounts (including homewares, outdoor gear, fuel and groceries)</li> <li>Novated leases</li> <li>Comprehensive wellbeing program</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Why Macmahon?</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:square"> <li>Work with people who know their stuff and back each other, within a respectful and genuine culture.
