<div style="border-width:medium medium 1.0pt;border-style:none none solid;border-color:currentcolor currentcolor windowtext;padding:0.0in 0.0in 1.0pt"> Set-up Technician - Day Shift (12-hour rotating shift role) Shift: B Shift, 6:45am- 7:00pm (Thurs, Fri, Sat + every other Wed) Position Summary </div> Responsible for setting up, changing over, troubleshooting and documenting process problems associated with plastic injection molding. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES <ul> <li>Stes and/or pulls out molds from presses</li> <li>Works in a safe manner and monitors safety of equipment and work area</li> <li>Troubleshoots machines and process issues</li> <li>Communicates issues to Lead Process Technician, Production Supervisor or Process Engineer, Toolroom, etc. </li> <li>Communicates effectively within shift and with other shiftss. </li> <li>Changes nozzles, nozzle tips, nozzle heater bands, etc. as needed. </li> <li>Maintains housekeeping and 5S Standards</li> <li>Cleans and sets up auxiliary equipment</li> <li>Responsible for daily PM's</li> </ul> <div style="border-width:medium medium 1.0pt;border-style:none none solid;border-color:currentcolor currentcolor windowtext;padding:0.0in 0.0in 1.0pt"> Qualifications </div> Education: High school diploma or GED preferred Requirements: <ul> <li>Must have a minimum of three years of related experience in injection molding. </li> <li>Must have mechanical skills/aptitude (as determined by testing).</li> <li>Must be able to lift 50 pounds, reach above shoulders for periods of times.</li> <li>Must be able to stand, walk, life, squat, bend, push, pull, grasp, twist, lift, and climb steps. </li> </ul> In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this position is: starting at $19.00/hour plus any applicable shift differential.
