WHAT'S NEW WITH APTAR We have an exciting position open in Mukwonago WI: Warehouse Supervisor Position Summary <a name="_Hlk166225690"></a>Directs the operation and service activities of the warehouse, safety, receiving, shipping, order fulfillment and inventory control. Job Elements & Position Responsibilities <ul> <li>Positively lead a diverse group of office staff and warehouse personnel</li> <li>Be accountable for timely receiving, driver management, bills of lading generation, and finished goods warehouse costs, supplies, the quality and quantity of warehouse performance and effective utilization of man-hours, skills, machines, equipment and facilities</li> <li>Participate in planning labor requirements and controls related to warehouse and shipping/receiving.</li> <li>Supervise effective inventory control and distribution of raw materials, semi-finished and finished goods</li> <li> Expedite daily schedules, investigate delays and initiate corrective actions to assure total customer satisfaction through efficient procedures.</li> <li>Coordinate programs, including but not limited to, 5S, warehouse, and inventory control, such as cost reduction, preventive maintenance, training, staffing, safety, and housekeeping</li> <li>Understands and complies with all company policies and regulations.
