This role is responsible for driving asset performance, reliability, and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations. This position oversees maintenance and engineering activities focused on maximizing equipment uptime, enhancing operational efficiency, and supporting commissioning and integration of new industrialization projects. This role leads a diverse technical team including manufacturing engineers, engineering technicians, and maintenance planning while also supporting assembly mechanic staff to ensure timely support for production needs.
