<p><strong>Material Handler - Night Shift (12-hour rotating shift with $2.00/hr shift differential)</strong></p> <p><strong>Shift: C Shift, 6:45pm - 7:00am (Sun, Mon, Tues + every other Sat)</strong></p> <ul> <li>Cleans and maintains all material system filters daily</li> <li>Cleans hoppers, grinders, blenders, regrind bins, colorant bins and material hoses for all material/color changes</li> <li>Responsible for the hook-up and set-up of auxiliary equipment</li> <li>Performs minor preventative maintenance on some auxiliary equipment</li> <li>Performs color changes on molding machines</li> <li>Fill all surge, colorant bins and hoppers.</li> <li>Pull, weigh and return materials</li> <li>Monitor inventory of colorant, cartons, bags, pallets, tape and other supplies and supply production floor with additional supplies as needed</li> <li>Move production to the Warehouse</li> <li>Make cartons and distribute to presses as well as maintain proper number of empty cartons at each press</li> <li>Empty trash and weigh scrap daily</li> <li>Analyze and resolve material related problems</li> <li>Grind rejected production on and off the production floor</li> <li>Complete/verify necessary SAP and Mobisys transactions for all raw and finished materials</li> <li><em>*Some responsibilities may differ depending on location.</em></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><em>In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the starting hourly rate for this role is $18.50/hr + any applicable shift differentials.
