<div style="border-bottom:solid windowtext 1.0pt;padding:0.0in 0.0in 1.0pt 0.0in"> <h2 style="border:none;padding:0.0in">Master Maintenance Mechanic - Day Shift</h2> Shift: Days 6:00am - 2:30pm M-F <h2 style="border:none;padding:0.0in">Position Summary</h2> </div> Maintains and repairs all facility related equipment, manufacturing and support equipment where required and is responsible for product safety and quality of goods produced. <div style="border-bottom:solid windowtext 1.0pt;padding:0.0in 0.0in 1.0pt 0.0in"> <h2 style="border:none;padding:0.0in">Job Elements & Position Responsibilities</h2> </div> <ul> <li style="text-align:justify">Executes work orders in a timely fashion</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Troubleshoots and repairs facility and production equipment with primary focus on injection molding equipment</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Communicates effectively concerning facility and equipment </li> </ul> <ul> <li style="text-align:justify">Participates in and supports team related maintenance activities</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Accesses computer records relating to preventative maintenance utilizing PC’s and related software</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Performs housekeeping duties within their work area which includes production and other facility/maintenance areas</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Identify and drive areas of continuous improvement</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Complies with all facility safety requirements</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Works holidays, overtime and call-ins as needed</li> </ul> Experience <ul> <li>Four years as a maintenance, journeyman mechanic or similar position</li> <li style="font-weight:bold">Experience working in plastic injection molding is required</li> </ul> Skills <ul> <li style="text-align:justify">Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Must be able to climb ladders to access work areas</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Must have knowledge of at least 4 of the following areas: refrigeration, pneumatics, mechanical systems, injection molding (for molding facilities), HVAC systems, hydraulics, electrical and electronics</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Must have working knowledge of electrical systems including single and 3 phase up to 480 volt</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Must be able to read hydraulic, electrical and facility blueprints</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Must provide own tools and toolbox</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Must be able to run all general shop equipment related to the job</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Must be able to hear warning signals and verbal alerts to avoid injury</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Must be able to work as a member of a team, have high energy level and be able to work well under pressure</li> </ul> In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the hourly rate for this position is: up to $45.00/hr plus any applicable shift differential.
