This role provides advanced technical support and shift-level leadership for high-speed, high-cavitation injection molding operations within a closures manufacturing environment. This role combines expert-level process troubleshooting with structured coaching, training accountability, and shift-level process stability ownership. The Process Technician Lead supports Process Technician I–III development, drives process discipline, and partners with Process Tech Supervisor, Engineering and Production to ensure standard process are being followed and improving uptime, scrap performance, and system consistency. This is not solely an advanced individual contributor role.
