You get it done You make sure that the right articles are present in the right place at the right time and in the right quantity so that the warehouse operation runs as smoothly as possible. Your workplace is one moment in the warehouse and the next from behind a screen making the right analyses: you’re on it. How you do this? You run various reports so that the right stocks can be handled smarter. So that the warehouse can be used as optimally as possible. As inventory controller, you are responsible for planning, setting, checking and reporting on the physical stock within our warehouse. In addition, you facilitate and coordinate the daily cycle counts. This is partly automated. You are involved daily in our drone system with which we monitor a large part of the stock. The more accurately this is tracked and reported on, the better the processes in the warehouse are run. In your first year as inventory controller, you will follow several training courses, which will allow you to know all the ins-and-outs of our warehouse management system in no time.
