for Group PMO and individual projects </li> <li style="color:black">Roadmap and portfolio management </li> <li style="color:black">Updating and managing templates, processes, methods, standards, SOP’s and e-learnings </li> <li style="color:black">Administration of central sites, project communities, and resources (e.g., SharePoint)</li> <li style="color:black">Management and verification of project documentation </li> <li style="color:black">Ensuring adherence to Project Management governance and methodologies</li> <li style="color:black">Assistance with strategic assignments for PMO initiatives </li> <li style="color:black">Conducting onboarding, training, and knowledge-sharing sessions </li> <li style="color:black">Support Program/Project Managers in tracking the status of program/project deliverables and milestones, supporting the adoption of the project lifecycle</li> <li style="color:black">Provide ad hoc project/program support, ensuring project plans and documentation are complete and up-to-date</li> <li style="color:black">Generate dedicated project reports for various stakeholders and monitor key operational metrics (including assistance with Project Board presentations)</li> <li style="color:black">Participate in selected project meetings & host minor project meetings (actions, issues) </li> <li style="color:black">Update and maintenance of action, issue and risk logs</li> <li style="color:black">Actively participate in development of the PMO team by developing new solutions, search for optimization and best practices </li> </ul> <h2>Our requirements: </h2> <ul> <li style="color:black">English language proficiency at least C1 level – excellent/fluent in both written and spoken communication </li> <li style="color:black">1 - 3 years of experience in working on structured projects as support/assistant/junior or assisting PM</li> <li style="color:black">Practical knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and Teams</li> <li style="color:black">Excellent organizational and administrative skills</li> <li style="color:black">Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, proactivity, and a willingness to challenge the status QUO</li> <li style="color:black">Knowledge of project management methodologies (Prince2, Agile) and project management tools (e.g. Clarity PPM, JIRA, Microsoft Planner, others) </li> <li style="color:black">Knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, Visio & SharePoint would be an asset</li> <li style="color:black">Ability to understand and work in a multicultural environment and carry out
