helvetica, sans-serif">Scheduling and smoothing the lines to meet inventory targets, efficiency and general cost targets </span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Independent, cost-conscious production planning with the greatest possible adherence to schedule while maintaining stock target goals </span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><strong>Principal Activities: </strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Provides work orders to production</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Adapt, update and optimize the HOST and Demand Viewer system planning areas</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Check open work orders and production groups</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Update change notices in cooperation with the departments</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Update KPI’s</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Define old and new revision levels in cooperation with change management</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Smooth the customers demand and coordinate with procurement, raw material planning and production</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ensures production has no downtime</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Takes care for availability of empty containers to provide to production</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Gives priorities to production, transportation, warehouse</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Optimize processes in scheduling</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Communicates with customer contacts and maintains an effective business relationship</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Handle error reports and HOST lists</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Cooperates with production, quality, procurement, sales, change management and warehouse</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Coordinate changes with quality, change management, sales, raw material planning and sales order coordination</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Handle special situations (such as CKD, ramp ups, ramp downs, bank builds, spare parts, pre-series, individual)</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Provides production system support</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ensures things are clean and neat</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Follows work instructions and safety guidelines</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><strong>Job Requirements:</strong> </span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Bachelor's Degree in business or equivalent experience </span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Would prefer advanced vocational/technical training with several years of on-the-job training (knowledge of specialized methods, techniques, and processes and basic understanding of a body of theoretical knowledge) </span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">1-2 years of automotive experience </span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica,
