<p>Job Req Number: 112198<br>Time Type: Full Time</p><p><span>Develop and implement QA procedures and standards for warehouse,transportation, and last-mile delivery activities.Conduct regular audits and inspections of logistics processes, inventory handling,and packaging quality.Investigate quality issues such as mis-shipments, damages, delays, and non-conformances; lead root cause analysis and corrective action planning.Collaborate with warehouse, operations, and customer service teams to addressquality-related concerns.Maintain accurate records of inspections, audits, incidents, and improvementactions.Monitor compliance with internal SOPs, customer requirements, and relevantregulations.
