</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Responsible for costs, quality and deadlines, as well as for the achievement of defined goals and indicators; </li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ensures the implementation of the safety, health, labor protection, PSI and environmental protection norms, in accordance with the law; </li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Planning and managing the budget in the area of responsibility, in consultation with the supervisor; </li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Professional and disciplinary management of employees in the subordinate department, personnel decision-making in collaboration with the human resources department; </li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Conceiving objectives for employees in specific departments, interrupting and prioritizing the department's objectives, as well as supporting the objectives and evaluating their achievement; </li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ensures all production functions in the factory (e.g. manufacturing, security, maintenance, etc.), and if necessary, takes appropriate measures in case of deviations; </li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ensures the production of all parts/components/work groups in the department, with the highest possible efficiency and in the quantities, deadlines, quality and costs required by the customer, taking into account the internal strategies and operational prescriptions of DRX; </li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ensuring the permanent availability and readiness of all occupied jobs, machines and equipment through preventive maintenance and taking measures.</li> </ul> Profile: <ul style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;text-align:justify" type="disc"> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Higher education in a technical field; </li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Minim 3 years of experience in a similar role (technic SMT and leadership);
