<p><span style="text-decoration:underline;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><strong>Objective of job:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">To provide support to the injection molding department by removing and installing molds as required. </span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="text-decoration:underline;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><strong>Principal activities:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"> Safely operate PIT's and overhead crane in order to deliver/install materials/molds to the injection molding department.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"> Properly load molds into the injection molding machines according to the work instructions while adhering to SMED principles.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"> Properly remove molds from the injection molding machines according to the work instructions while adhering to SMED principles.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"> Properly store molds that are not in use according to the work instructions.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"> Effectively communicate with team leaders and supervisors regarding problems with the material flow, absence of materials, and safety/quality concerns.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"> Place an emergency work order form and inform maintenance in case of equipment problems..</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"> Maintains good housekeeping using the 6S principles.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"> Performs PIT/overhead crane inspections to ensure equipment is in proper working order and follows all safety guidelines for the work area.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"> Communicates effectively with tool shop in case of problems with tools and with resin techs in case of problems with color or materials.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"> Support the quality technicians and process technicians in the identification of root cause by giving them the required information.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"> Be cooperative with co-workers in order to maintain a good working environment.</span></li> </ul> <p style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="text-decoration:underline"><strong><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Requirements:</span></strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">3 to 5 ears of Manufacturing experience </span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Strong knowledge of SMED</span></li> </ul> <p style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><strong><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Shift: <span>6:30 PM to 6:30 AM rotating days off.</span> </span></strong></p><table style="width:1000.0px" border="0" cellspacing="1" cellpadding="1"> <tbody> <tr> <td> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="color:#000000">We are looking forward to your application. </span></span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="color:#000000">Company / Legal Entity: DAA Dräxlmaier Automotive of America LLC., Org-Code: O-AM2-DUN216 </span></span></span></p> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table>
