style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Evaluate and source external suppliers or support internal experts in developing training content;</span></li> <li 0.0px;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Profound knowledge in didactics, formal/informal learning and
