<ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Organizes, directs and controls the production activity in a certain sector and during a shift;</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Leads the production of multiple processes/lines in a highly technical environment and responsible for the success of the lines;</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Lead a team of operators to meet quality, cost, delivery, and responsiveness requirements;</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Troubleshoots and analyzes operational issues and advises on how to solve them;</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Guides regular discussions with operators to maintain performance and improve operational understanding and capability;</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Solicits and evaluates ideas for line improvement and collaborates with qualified engineers to develop project proposals;</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Acts as the main interface between the operation team and the maintenance sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Secondary education (e.g.: high school diploma);</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Knowledge of FIFO principle, 8D-Report and Complaint Handling;</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Between 1 and 3 years of experience in the automotive industry in a similar role;</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Knowledge of English is a must;</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica,
