Training curriculum includes, but is not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Focused, Role-Based Training, comprised of general office skills/behaviors, Microsoft Office, technical drawing composition, and role specific design concepts/tolls, such as AutoCad Basics and Introduction to Revit</li> <li>Solution Introduction Training, comprised of solution overviews, technician workflows and deliverables, and additional targeted solution design skills and knowledge, which may include Renewables (Solar), Grid (T&D), and EV charging.</li> <li>Proven success in on initial entry level projects assignments, with enhanced support structure/continued training opportunities. </li> </ul> <p style="margin-bottom:11.0px">Note: Program continuation will be dependent on demonstrated competency assessed through
