will be at the forefront of our virtual care delivery model, <strong><u>working remotely from home </u></strong>anywhere in Australia to manage acute patients while being supported by a highly skilled presentations in the home, including but not limited to cellulitis, community-acquired pneumonia, infective exacerbation of COPD, VTE/PE, cardiac failure, and complicated UTI</span></li> <li
