The Process Tech also performs tasks associated with the receipt, handling, bulk loading, and shipping of vegetable oil and related ingredients. Position Details: The starting pay for this role is $27.15; Rotating 12-hour shifts with 6am or 6pm start time What You’ll Be Doing: <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Demonstrates a commitment to supply safe food, maintain a food safety culture within the site, continually improve the site's food safety management system; and comply with customer and regulatory requirements.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Operates and monitors conversion of fuels, reactive vessels, controls on the low and high pressure</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">steam boilers, and the water feed system as needed</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Blends and transfers oil by operating valves, checking the heat tracing, and clearing lines</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Samples and measures inventory; Checks temperatures of tanks</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Cleans and changes industrial filters; Contains and cleans oil in the event of a spill</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Performs startup and operates during the interesterification, bleaching, and deodorization processes to produce a final product that meets internal and customer specifications</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Troubleshoots, rebuilds. repairs, and replaces processing equipment components as needed</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Follows written work orders, shipping orders, and other written and oral instructions to determine materials to be moved or shipments to be loaded; Properly performs the related tasks to complete the orders.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Unloads and washes trucks, tank containers, and other bulk methods of transporting oil</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Loads oil and/or other materials into vehicles and installs seals, strapping, bracing, or padding to prevent shifting or damage in transit</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Keeps accurate records of inventory (Counts, weights);
