As a strategic Commercial HR partner, the role will support the implementation of global HR strategic plans and programs that aligns with Tropical Oils VC business directions and growth. The role will act as a “glue” across global Centers of Expertise to deliver HR services locally. The role will collaborate closely with the Industrial HRBP and be supported by the local HR team in Pasir Gudang and global shared service center (BBS) to deliver positive employee experiences.
