Position Details: Monday – Friday on 1st shift with overtime opportunities available Pay: $26.48 an hour What You’ll Be Doing: <ul> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;color:black">Follow established safety and GMP procedures</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;color:black">Perform maintenance activities individually or as part of a team</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;color:black">Repair electrical, mechanical equipment, operating equipment, and tools</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;color:black">Read and understand blueprints and manuals</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;color:black">Welding and pipefitting as necessary</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;color:black">Work indoors and outdoors, at various heights, in confined spaces, and lifting up to 50lbs on a regular basis</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;color:black">Read and interpret drawings</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;color:black">Perform emergency and preventative mechanical and electrical repairs on all equipment (includes cleaning, lubricating, adjusting parts, equipment & machinery)</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;color:black">Troubleshoot all equipment throughout the facility</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;color:black">Communicate with the production staff, maintenance supervisor, and/or manager regarding status of equipment</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;color:black">Support the production lines and address any abnormal condition(s) of the machinery</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;color:black">Work with operators to monitor all safety items on the machines and keep them in optimal operating condition.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;color:black">Maintain tool inventory, verifying all tools and equipment are properly accounted for and stored correctly</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;color:black">Perform other duties and functions as needed </li> </ul> Minimum Qualifications: <ul> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;color:black">3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;color:black">Knowledge of manufacturing equipment including pumps, motors, conveyors, air valves, and various power sources</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;color:black">Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting knowledge of machines and tools including designs, uses, repair, motor control circuits, as well as predictive and preventative maintenance</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;color:black">Good oral and written communication skills</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;color:black">Understanding of basic computer functions</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;color:black">Proficiency in lock out tag out practices</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;color:black">Experience with general rigging practices</li> </ul> Preferred Qualifications <ul> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;color:black">High school diploma or GED</li> </ul> #INDT1<hr> At Bunge (NYSE: BG), our purpose is to connect farmers to consumers to deliver essential food, feed and fuel to the world.
