This role assists with regulatory advisory, coordinates critical exchange/clearing compliance activities, and contributes to market surveillance efforts across all international regulatory regimes, ensuring adherence to global best practices and regulatory requirements.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><strong><span style="">What You'll Be Doing:</span></strong><br><span style="">• Support derivatives compliance advisory, ensuring robust adherence to global regimes </span><br><span style="">• Assist in researching and interpreting evolving global regulations, advise on complex documentation/trading agreements, and support communication with global traders, exchanges, and regulators</span><br><span style="">• Support oversight of exchange-traded derivatives and clearing operations, gaining understanding of CFTC, EU NCAs and exchange rules.</span><br><span style="">• Coordinate compliance activities across major global exchanges (e.g., CME, ICE, Matif Euronext, EEX, key Asian exchanges), including rule interpretations.</span><br><span style="">• Manage position limits and aggregation rules and contribute to the hedge exemption applications to regulators or exchanges.</span><br><span style="">• Design and conduct daily trade surveillance and report potential prohibited practices to the derivatives and market conduct compliance managers.</span><br><span style="">• Ensure continuous adherence to global laws/exchange rules, adapting the program based on monitoring global regulatory actions and legislative changes.</span><br><span style="">• Develop and deliver comprehensive global compliance training for traders and personnel.</span><br><span style="">• Lead and execute compliance efficiency projects, including the identification, evaluation, and implementation of innovative technologies to streamline processes and optimize operational workflows.</span><br><span style="">• Maintain/enhance global compliance databases, record-keeping, and regulatory filings; supervise all trade repository reporting.</span><br><span style="">• Oversee compliance analytics and deliver insightful periodic reports to management. </span></p> <p> </p> <p><br><strong><span style="">Skills/Experience Requirements:</span></strong><br><span style="">· +5 years of experience in compliance within a commodity firm, exchange, global financial institution or regulatory agency or equivalent experience</span><br><span style="">· Solid knowledge of global derivatives regulations, including EMIR, FMIA, MAS, specific CFTC rules</span><br><span style="">· knowledge of the rules, structures, and operations of major global derivatives exchanges and clearing organizations.</span><br><span style="">· University degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related field.</span><br><span style="">· Strong communication skills (oral and written).</span><br><span style="">· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively in a fast-paced global environment.</span><br><span style="">· Fluent in English, Multi-lingual a plus.</span><br><span style="">· Demonstrated proficiency with data analytics and visualization tools, experience with compliance tools, familiarity with PowerBI and interest in Generative AI is a plus</span></p> <p> </p> <p style="margin:0.0in"> </p> <p style="margin:0.0in"><span style=""><strong>Bunge offers a variety of benefits including health and wellness plans, retirement contribution and paid vacation/holidays.</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style=""><strong>This position offers location flexibility at a Bunge office in Chesterfield, MO, Omaha, NE, Longview, WA</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="">The compensation range for this position is $100,640.00 - $113,220.00.
