This position reports to the Plant Reliability Excellence Manager and is responsible for ensuring the safe, effective, and efficient use of all manpower, materials, parts, and other resources within their scope. The role also contributes to optimizing capacity, improving asset reliability, and achieving the lowest total life cycle cost for plant operations. This position oversees the day-to-day supervision of the facility’s electrical maintenance activities. With routine guidance, the Electrical Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for implementing and managing the systems, organizational structure, and processes necessary to achieve and sustain reliability objectives. style="line-height:115%;font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Assists with controlling the budget to ensure that it provides for optimized spending to achieve the agreed-upon capacity and asset reliability.</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Ensures Bunge standard reliability and maintenance work process are followed.</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Provides input to the Plant Reliability Excellence Manager to help with the development of succession plans, skills assessments and training. </li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Assists with maintaining critical spare parts, minimizing necessary inventory and automating materials requisition functions.</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Periodically provides input for benchmarks current performance with internal and external sources to identify opportunities for improvement.</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Provides support in the Management of Change processes.</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Supports the proper execution of the reliability strategy.</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Fosters a culture that does not tolerate equipment failures and seeks to understand and eliminate the causes using techniques such as Root Cause Analysis (RCA).</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Implements organizational structure, systems, tools and technologies that promote a proactive approach to maintenance.</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Ensures effective use and integration of standard corporate work order planning, scheduling and materials kitting.</li> </ul> Skills/Experience Requirements: <ul> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science technology, or equivalent work experience with 5+ years’ experience in reliability and/or maintenance positions with a focus on electrical required. </li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Prior experience with standard corporate maintenance workflow processes.</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Demonstrated ability to lead Root Cause Failure Analysis reviews.</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Must possess a demonstrated high degree of tact in dealing with both plant staff and maintenance personnel.</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Strong verbal, written and listening communication skills required.</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Excellent administrative and analytical skills including intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel.</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Demonstrated experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) or comparable system required, preferably experience in SAP Plant Maintenance and
