This role focuses on execution and coordination of key BAU activities, with appropriate review and approval by the manager for control-sensitive areas. Main Accountabilities: A. Financial Reporting & Month-End Close - Assist in the coordination and execution of monthly Financial Markets (FM) close activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of reporting - Prepare monthly balance sheet reviews and variance analysis, highlighting key movements B. Reconciliations & Data Integrity - Perform and coordinate key reconciliations, including: 1) FX P&L and MTM reconciliations 2) Intercompany balances 3) Bank, margin, and unmatched trades - Monitor discrepancies and follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution - Ensure completeness and accuracy of financial data across systems C. Control & Compliance Support - Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and supporting documentation for review and approval - Support SOX control documentation and evidence preparation, ensuring audit readiness - Prepare inputs for payment processes and control checks, with approvals retained by authorized signatories D. Stakeholder Coordination - Coordinate with BBS and regional teams (e.g., Singapore, Rotterdam) to ensure timely deliverables - Support communication during month-end close and reporting cycles Requirement : <ul> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Degree in Accounting or professional accounting qualification with more than 5 years working and audit experience</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Possess minimum 5 years of financial derivative knowledge and accounting treatments</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Good communication skills and able to deal with staff at all levels.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Must have SAP experience and familiar with US GAAP preference</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Preferable to be from Agribusiness industry</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Relevant experience in financial reporting, controlling, or audit</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Strong understanding of month-end close and reconciliation processes</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Good communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Team player and strong interpersonal skills</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">“Do the right thing” attitude</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Ability to work in high stress environment</li> </ul> #LI-EDLO<hr> At Bunge (NYSE: BG), our purpose is to connect farmers to consumers to deliver essential food, feed and fuel to the world.
