In this role, you will support and execute spot market chartering activities at a regional level, working closely with internal teams and external market participants. About the Role Your main responsibilities will include: Chartering & Execution <ul> <li style="line-height:110%;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Execute vessel chartering (in/out) within your assigned region with increasing independence;</li> <li style="line-height:110%;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Develop strong knowledge of Charter Party terms and technical shipping aspects;</li> <li style="line-height:110%;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Collaborate closely with Operations, Logistics, Pricing, and Chartering teams;</li> <li style="line-height:110%;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Engage with brokers, ship owners, and third-party charterers to execute deals effectively;</li> <li style="line-height:110%;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Ensure timely and accurate trade capture in internal systems;</li> <li style="line-height:110%;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Monitor vessel positions, market activity, and freight spreads;</li> <li style="line-height:110%;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Provide market insights and updates to internal stakeholders;</li> <li style="line-height:110%;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Support smooth operational execution across the value chain.</li> </ul> Market & Trading Insight <ul> <li style="line-height:110%;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Build understanding of regional supply and demand drivers;</li> <li style="line-height:110%;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Monitor and communicate spot market developments proactively;</li> <li style="line-height:110%;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Develop knowledge of freight derivatives (FFAs) and pricing models;</li> <li style="line-height:110%;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Show curiosity and engagement in broader trading strategies and market dynamics.</li> </ul> What We’re Looking For Are you a strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills?
