This includes general cleanup, lawncare, snow clearing, painting, housekeeping, deliveries and minor maintenance activities. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, is a self-starter, takes a high degree of pride in their work and contributes to the success of a team. Position Details: Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:30 am - 3:00 pm Starting Hourly Rate: $25/hour What You'll Be Doing: <ul> <li style="color:black">Performing various physical duties as assigned</li> <li style="color:black">Ensuring compliance with all safety policies, procedures and maintaining all safety standards</li> <li style="color:black">Compliance with applicable Safe Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures</li> <li style="color:black">Perform some specialized tasks which will require on-the job training</li> <li style="color:black">Safely and efficiently operating various mobile equipment such as a riding mower, forklift, skid steer, ariel work platform etc.</li> <li style="color:black">Maintenance of plant grounds and perimeter areas as required which may include lawn mowing, snow clearing, fall/spring cleanup</li> <li style="color:black">Maintaining condition of plant building, equipment and structures including pressure washing and painting</li> <li style="color:black">Occasionally assisting maintenance and operations staff with manual tasks, fire watch, confined space watch</li> <li style="color:black">Conducting minor maintenance activities that may include the use of hand/power tools</li> <li style="color:black">Operation of plant truck for deliveries and supply runs</li> <li style="color:black">Other general labour duties as assigned</li> <li style="color:black">Providing accurate written reports on any injuries, fires, or spills</li> <li style="color:black">Maintaining personal hygiene, cleanliness and appearance including the condition of Bunge provided work apparel </li> <li style="color:black">Taking pride in the work that you perform and contributing to a high work standard at the facility</li> </ul> Skills/Experience Requirements: <ul> <li style="color:black">Grade 12 education required </li> <li style="color:black">Good mechanical aptitude </li> <li style="color:black">Positive attitude, a self-starter and demonstrates pride in work completed</li> <li style="color:black">Good computer / keyboard skills </li> <li style="color:black">Able to consistently lift up to 22.7 kg / 50 lbs </li> <li style="color:black">Must be able to work from heights and in confined spaces </li> <li style="color:black">Ability to communicate effectively both oral and written </li> </ul> Bunge offers a variety of benefits including health and wellness plans, retirement contribution and paid vacation/holidays. <hr> At Bunge (NYSE: BG), our purpose is to connect farmers to consumers to deliver essential food, feed and fuel to the world.
