What You’ll Be Doing: <ul> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Responsible for ongoing organizing and maintaining the parts warehouse to allow for accurate tracking of parts used, access to parts and control of parts inventory.</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Coordinate warehouse inventory requirements between the maintenance and production departments.</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Create Purchase Requisitions in SAP.</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Request material numbers for stock parts in SAP.</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Ensure that changes to storeroom materials is updated in SAP as directed.</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Assist employees with locating items in the storeroom using SAP system.</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Receive deliveries of parts and unload delivery trucks with forklift.</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Process outbound shipments.</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Resolve discrepancies between orders and receipt of goods.</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Accurately perform data entry to include, but not limited to, goods issue, goods receipt, and inventory adjustments.</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Ensure procurement and maintenance reliability standards are followed.</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Collaborate with purchasing agent and ARROP to ensure that preferred suppliers data is aligned with SAP sans-serif;color:black">High School diploma or GED equivalent required.</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">1+ years’ experience purchasing and/or inventory control experience within an industrial/maintenance setting is required.</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Prior experience industrial maintenance and repair, materials handling, inventory control.</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:14.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica,
