They provide skilled mechanical and electrical/electronic support to all areas of production Position Details: Schedule to be determined. Be prepared to work a flexible, 8-, 10-, or 12-hour schedule that will include off shifts and weekends. What You’ll Be Doing: <ul> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:14.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;color:black">Install, troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, automated, and electrical/electronic equipment including but not limited to PLCs, numeral controls, power supplies, drives, gauges and test equipment</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:14.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;color:black">Conduct electrical planning, preventative maintenance, and programming for process logic control systems (PLC’s) platforms, instrumentation, and human-machine interfaces (HMI)</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:14.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;color:black">Install, repair, and calibrate electronic to pneumatic converters or pneumatic to electronic converters or a combination of both</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:14.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;color:black">Repair electronic equipment instruments such as ultrasonic, radar, and other conventional level controls </li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:14.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;color:black">Repair electronic equipment instruments such as photo eyes, proximity controls, and associated equipment and controls</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:14.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;color:black">Repair and calibrate temperature sensing instruments with capillary and bulb, instruments with thermocouple and electric output and resistive temperature detectors (RTD’s)</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:14.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;color:black">Other duties as assigned</li> </ul> Minimum Qualifications: <ul> <li style="text-align:justify;line-height:115%;font-size:14.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;color:black">2-3 years of equivalent experience programming, troubleshooting and repairing PLC’s (Siemens PCS7/WinnCC, Rockwell/Allen Bradley) and distributive control systems</li> <li style="text-align:justify;line-height:115%;font-size:14.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;color:black">Thorough knowledge of electrical/electronic and mechanical theories and principles, writing specifications, local and national electrical codes, properties of various materials, and principles of operation and application of electronic equipment</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:14.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;color:black">High degree of precision working with minimum tolerances</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:14.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;color:black">Comprehension of electrical schematics, blueprints, and P&ID drawing</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:14.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;color:black">Experienced in different brands of variable frequency drives</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:14.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;color:black">Experienced with maintenance, set-up, and calibration of all types of process instrumentation</li> </ul> Preferred Qualifications: <ul> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:14.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;color:black">Associate’s degree in electrical engineering technology, industrial technology, or journeyman instrument maintenance/electrical technician</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:14.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;color:black">Experience in AutoCAD</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:14.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;color:black">Experience with ammonia refrigeration</li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:14.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif;color:black">AS-i/Profibus networks</li> </ul><hr> At Bunge (NYSE: BG), our purpose is to connect farmers to consumers to deliver essential food, feed and fuel to the world.
