This Operator position involves rotating through various plant positions; Boilers, Bleaching, Deodorization, Lab, and Loading. Position Details: <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="color:black">This role requires working 12 hours per day on a rotating shift schedule.</li> <li style="color:black">The shift pattern averages 40 hours per week within a 52-week period.</li> <li style="color:black">You will be entitled to a 30-minute paid lunch break.</li> <li style="color:black">Hourly rate starting at: $38.81 per hour</li> </ul> What You'll Be Doing: <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="color:black">Maintain knowledge of all departmental safety standards, policies, and procedures. Additionally, the position requires that operators promote, encourage, and enforce the safety compliance by all Bunge personnel and contractor personnel working in the department. </li> <li style="color:black">Monitor plant equipment condition and flows</li> <li style="color:black">Put equipment in or out of service as required for production or maintenance </li> <li style="color:black">Prepare equipment for maintenance as required</li> <li style="color:black">Load and unload railcars and trucks as required</li> <li style="color:black">Wash production areas as directed and scheduled each shift</li> <li style="color:black">Monitor boiler room and tower chemical inventories</li> <li style="color:black">Monitor cooling tower and boiler equipment</li> <li style="color:black">Complete all duties as per weekly and monthly schedules</li> <li style="color:black">Write work orders as required</li> <li style="color:black">Perform operational readings once per shift</li> <li style="color:black">De-ice cooling tower as required</li> <li style="color:black">Additional duties as required</li> </ul> Skill/Experience Requirements: <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="color:black">4th Class Power Engineering certification required</li> <li style="color:black">Mechanical aptitude</li> <li style="color:black">Ability to work outside in various weather conditions</li> <li style="color:black">Basic knowledge of PC applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook</li> <li style="color:black">Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li> <li style="color:black">Ability to multitask</li> <li style="color:black">Ability to work safely individually and as part of a team</li> </ul> Bunge offers a variety of benefits including health and wellness plans, retirement contribution and paid vacation/holidays. <hr> At Bunge (NYSE: BG), our purpose is to connect farmers to consumers to deliver essential food, feed and fuel to the world.
