Reporting to the <strong>Management Accountant – Southern Europe</strong>, you will play a key role in delivering accurate financial insights and supporting decision-making across the business.</p> <p>Working closely with management and finance teams across the Group, you will provide high-quality financial reporting and analysis for both internal and external stakeholders.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Prepare timely, accurate, and complete management accounts, including supporting schedules, KPIs, variance analysis, and insightful commentary</li> <li>Deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for assigned business units</li> <li>Support budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives</li> <li>Provide regular and ad hoc financial analysis, including cost analysis, profitability reviews, and performance tracking</li> <li>Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver clear and actionable financial insights</li> <li>Contribute to M&A activities and business improvement initiatives, including system implementations and process enhancements</li> <li>Support continuous improvement of reporting tools, processes, and data accuracy</li> <li>Undertake other responsibilities as required to support the Finance function</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>About You</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Degree or professional qualification in Finance, Accounting, or a related field</li> <li>Strong technical accounting knowledge (IFRS and/or GAAP)</li> <li>Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate financial data</li> <li>Advanced Excel skills and strong overall digital proficiency</li> <li>Fluent English (minimum B2 level)</li> <li>Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively</li> <li>Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p><hr> <p style="text-align:justify"> </p> <p><strong>Why Join Us?</strong></p> <p>At Olleco Bunge, you’ll be part of a purpose-driven organisation at the forefront of sustainability and innovation.
