This role defines future-state architectures, establishes engineering standards, and leads the delivery of scalable, high-performing systems—owning the journey from concept to production while leveraging modern cloud, automation, and AI-driven development practices to accelerate delivery and improve quality.</p> <p>To be the custodian of technical thought leadership within Juristic Digital Channels tribe by providing expertise, guidance and advice that relates to the integration of solutions across multiple technologies, and the supporting-processes to deliver sustainable and quality solutions in alignment to the overall strategy of the Bank whilst growing the technical expertise within the tribe.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Responsibilities</b></H2> </div><div><ul type="disc"> <li>Work closely with the Enterprise Architect to establish the future direction of the technology environment and lead its implementation.</li> <li>Defining architecture and design patterns, methods, practices.</li> <li>Perform technology proof of concepts, R&D, etc.</li> <li>Drive the engineering practice, establish frameworks, patterns, methodologies, and lead the maturing of these across the tribe engineering team.</li> <li>Provide guidance to the engineering team.</li> <li>Using advanced tooling and capability to automate, improve efficiency, etc. of taking code from idea to production. One person engineering/delivery.</li> <li>Develop critical and complex technical components.
