You will provide expert guidance across organisational change, employee relations, talent development, engagement, workforce planning and recruitment, helping to drive a high-performing and inclusive culture. </span><br><br><span style="font-family:'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">The role involves coaching and influencing managers on people matters, supporting succession planning and development initiatives, and partnering with Centres of Excellence to deliver effective people solutions.
