Your responsibilities will encompass the full range of ER cases, including early resolution, conflict, misconduct, health and wellbeing, capability, reorganisation, and ACAS/Employment Tribunal cases. You’ll deliver services and processes in accordance with agreed policies, procedures, and Service Level Agreements and accurately log all activities on the case management system to ensure transparency, record-keeping and accurate data. </span><span> </span></span></p> </div> <div> <p> </p> </div> </div> <div> <p> </p> </div></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">What will make you successful in the role?</H2> </div><div><div> </div> <div> <p><span style="font-family:'trebuchet ms', geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;color:black"><span>You'll have (or be working towards) a CIPD Level 5 qualification and have extensive experience of managing complex ER matters, including investigations, grievances, disciplinary cases, bullying & harassment, performance management, absence, and redundancy. You'll possess a strong understanding of employment law and ACAS codes, with a proven ability to manage cases end-to-end with a strategic and risk-assessment focus. A track record of success in high-volume, fast-paced environments, consistently meeting SLAs and delivering impactful outcomes, is essential.
