Assistant Managers are responsible for cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations while they are working a shift.

Prior experience in a management role or similar experience preferredPrior experience in a customer service or applicable roleDemonstrated ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from teamAbility to problem solve and resolve customer concerns and/or complaintsProven ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goalAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)Excellent verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
