<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px"><b>What are we looking for</b></H2> </div><div><p>At Stone Systems (<a href="https://www.stone-systems.com/)">www.stone-systems.com/)</a> we are looking for a <strong>Machine Operator</strong> for our Shop located in <strong>Mundelein, IL</strong>, who will have the opportunity to work in a multinational environment, in full expansion, surrounded by numerous challenging projects that you can be part of. </p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px"><b>What you will do</b></H2> </div><div><p>As a Machine Operator you would be responsible for preparing and performing various tasks to set up, operate, monitor, troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance on assigned machines/equipment.</p> <p>Job Expectations:</p> <ul> <li>Fabricate edges, sides, corner radius, angles and sink cutouts using tools required in the process</li> <li>Verify all pieces were checked, fabricated and returned to the same cart number and checked in the tracking sheet as complete</li> <li>Meet daily productivity goals</li> <li>Verify quality of finished workpieces by inspecting, comparing to templates and measuring their dimensions</li> <li>Record product and process data on specified forms when needed</li> <li>Assist in minor repair and maintenance on assigned equipment</li> <li>Wearing all Personal Protective Equipment (safety glasses, earplugs, waterproof, face mask, etc.)</li> <li>Assuring all work area is cleaned and organized</li> </ul> <p><span>Roles and responsibilities may evolve based on business needs; additional duties may be assigned without prior notice or consent.</span></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px"><b>What you need to succeed</b></H2> </div><div><p><strong>Professional Experience</strong></p> <p>Desired:</p> <p>· Experience in fabricating Marble, Granite and Quartz</p> <p>· Experience in Construction, Industrial and Manufacturing fields</p> <p>· Experience operating a forklift</p> <p><strong>Knowledge</strong></p> <p>Required:</p> <p>· Basic knowledge in math (adding, subtracting, measurements, etc)</p> <p>· Basic knowledge in maintenance</p> <p><strong>Skills</strong></p> <p>Required:</p> <p>· Ability to lift and carry up to 40lbs.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px"><b>What we do offer</b></H2> </div><div><p>You will join a company:</p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>With an international mindset and presence in 100+ countries.</li> <li>With an amazing growth story, sustained by extraordinary innovation with products such as Silestone®, Dekton® and Sensa by Cosentino®.</li> <li>In which you will be able to demonstrate your great sales set skills and grow your career in a challenging project.</li> </ul> <p>The starting hourly range for this position is between $17 - 22/hr<br>Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.<br>This position is also eligible Potential Annual Award depending on individual performance and Company performance, in accordance with the terms of the Company’s plan.</p> <p>Benefits:<br>The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements, including Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, Short-term and Long-term Disability and Basic Life and Supplemental Insurance. Full-time employees will receive 2 floating holidays to use each year.
