With us, you can.</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="color:black">Its time to take charge and become part of a team who will play a critical role in aerial, ground, and ad-hoc asset assessment, packaging programs, and network maintenance identification.</span><br><br><span style="color:black">If you have a strong understanding of asset assessment policies, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to safety, we would love to hear from you!</span><br><br></p> <p><span style="color:black">Enrich your career with real people who encourage you to bring your best in a role that will see you as a critical member of the Asset Inspection Support team.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="color:black"><strong>What you’ll be doing in this role:</strong><strong> </strong><strong> </strong> </span></p> <p> </p> <ul type="disc"> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Efficiently execute asset assessment and packaging programs to meet the Bushfire Mitigation & Maintenance Index, ensuring accurate and effective work prioritisation and assignment in line with the current Maintenance Policy and Strategy.</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Apply all AusNet Services Safety Policies and Safe Work Practices to guarantee a safe working environment during the issuance of files and work instructions.</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Provide expert guidance and consultation to both internal and external stakeholders on Asset Assessment Policy and Works program at the local area level.</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Maintain data integrity in SAP and various Works & Asset Systems concerning asset assessments.</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Respond promptly to urgent requirements, special projects, or changes in business strategic directions when necessary.</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Prioritise health and safety, adhering to company policies, safe work practices, and statutory requirements to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and your team.</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Collaborate with Group Leaders to distribute workload effectively among team members, ensuring timely delivery of the overall program.</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Display proficiency in working in helicopters and be willing to undergo necessary training.</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="color:black"><strong>You don't need to check every box; however, we are looking for a good combination</strong><strong> of:</strong><strong> </strong><strong> </strong></span></p> <ul type="disc"> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Proven experience in asset assessment, works packaging, and network maintenance.</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">In-depth knowledge of Asset Assessment Policy and current Maintenance Policy and Strategy.</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Desired Familiarity with SAP and various Works & Asset Systems.</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Desired strong analytical skills and attention to detail to identify and prioritize work efficiently.</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Ability to adapt to changing business priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Demonstrated commitment to safety and adherence to safety policies and practices.</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Availability to work additional hours when required during peak seasons and emergency situations.</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="color:black"><strong>Job Prerequisites</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <ul type="disc"> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Travel to other business sites will be required - a current Victorian driver’s licence is required.</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Desirable Completion of UET30621 - Certificate III in ESI - Distribution Overhead with Current Victorian Line Worker Registration.
