Senior Safety officer – Flying Doctor M/F Responsabilities <ul> <li>Support Safety teams on one or more critical sites (inspections, coaching, training, accident investigations, action plans)</li> <li>Develop, share and champion initiatives that support a strong safety culture across all sites</li> <li>Participating in Eramet Group prevention activities</li> <li>Analyse safety risks at mission sites and propose prioritised action plans to local teams</li> <li>Ensure compliance with safety regulations on the ground and support teams through the improvement process</li> <li>Deploy and audit safety management systems, particularly the Group's Essential Requirements, at intervention sites</li> <li>Lead the analysis of safety accidents and incidents, identify root causes, and monitor corrective actions</li> <li>Draw on a strong technical knowledge of industrial equipment and processes to assess risks as close to operational reality as possible</li> </ul> Your Profile <ul> <li>Engineering degree or Master's, with 10 to 15 years of experience in industrial safety</li> <li>Proven experience in implementing improvement plans in complex industrial environments</li> <li>Strong ability to convince, coach and persevere to bring field teams on board</li> <li>Organisational and synthesis skills in multicultural contexts</li> <li>Excellent written communication and facilitation skills to make complex content accessible</li> <li>Strong ability to work in a network with stakeholders at all levels</li> <li>Availability for frequent international travel, including to remote sites (60/70%)</li> <li>Fluent English is essential (international working environment)</li> </ul> Our advantages Join Eramet, a responsible and committed mining group, for an exciting career in a dynamic, inclusive and international working environment, with numerous development opportunities!
