style=""><em>Education</em></span></p> <ul type="disc"> <li style=""><span style="">Engineering degree (Mining, Geology, or equivalent Master's level minimum).</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">A background in management or finance is an asset.</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style=""><em>Experience</em></span></p> <ul type="disc"> <li style=""><span style="">15 to 20 years of minimum experience in the extractive industry.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Significant experience in managing complex mining operations, ideally multi-site.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Proven experience in managing large, multidisciplinary teams.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Solid experience in budget management and the execution of major investment
