'sans-serif'"><span style="color:#555146">Essential: Licensed or eligible for licensing as a registered nurse with the relevant Healthcare Authority in the UAE</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:'Arial', 'sans-serif'"><span style="color:#555146">Desired: Master’s Degree in Nursing or other related field e.g. Healthcare At least 5 years’ nursing management experience as a Unit Manager, Duty Manager or Deputy Nursing Director </span></span></span></p> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE</b></H2> </div><ul style="margin-top:0.0;margin-bottom:0.0"><li>Analysing and interpreting data related to quality improvement in clinical care and the overall functioning of the facility </li><li>Application of financial controls within the clinical function of the hospital, including compiling and monitoring a budget and managing expenses </li><li>Application of relevant HR policies and procedures </li><li>Demonstrate the ability to assist with nursing and allied health policy development </li><li>Knowledge and understanding of medical-legal processes </li><li>Knowledge of Disaster Management processes </li><li>Nursing and Allied Health functional knowledge </li><li>Application of project management principles </li><li>Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications </li><li>Quality improvement processes and the ability to maintain and improve quality standards and ensure that accreditation standards are met </li><li>UAE healthcare regulatory framework and related requirements </li><li>Verbal and written communication skills in English </li><li>Skilled in the application of policies, procedures, requirements and regulations related to the management and
