<p>PURPOSE<br>Key player in driving our vision to be the Most Agile, Most Competitive, Most Digitalized & Cleanest Supply Base in the industry. Lead operational activity and drive performance at assigned T2's. Support material development & product commercialization efforts to ensure adidas objectives are met. Develop, coach and grow reporting team members.</p> <p><br>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<br>• Responsible for T2 operations and supplier performance across development, commercialization, & production stages at assigned T2's.<br>• Monitor supplier performance, identify potential risks & coordinate mitigation efforts, initiating improvement plans as needed.<br>• Implement processes & policies at assigned T2's; onboard new ones; monitor compliance.<br>• Ensure company quality standards are effectively implemented and promote best practice sharing.<br>• Ensure accurate, high quality and timely execution of prototype sample and bulk order fulfilment.<br>• Coordinate counter development activities at assigned T2's.<br>• Drive cross-functional, supply chain-oriented initiatives as directed by leadership.<br>• Demonstrate partnership by regularly soliciting feedback from T2's; identify and escalate internal improvement opportunities.<br>• Drive cross-functional, supply chain-oriented initiatives as directed by leadership.<br>• Role model brand values and foster a culture of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.<br>• Team: develop and coach team members, identify and grow key talent, build and establish succession plans.</p> <p><br>KEY RELATIONSHIPS<br>• Global Sourcing: Sourcing Operations, Costing, Materials, Engineering & Manufacturing Innovation, Allocation and Planning, Quality<br>• Global Operations: Sustainability Strategy, Global Strategy & Programs, Global Product Supply, Product Operations, Supply Chain Management<br>• Global Legal: Global Social & Environmental Affairs<br>• Product Operations: Business Unit Operations<br>• External stakeholders: T2 and T3 leadership<br>• Government & None-Governmental Organizations (NGO)</p> <p><br>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES<br>• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across functions and regions.<br>• Solid people, influencing, and negotiation skills.<br>• Strong problem solving & analytical skills; strong overall business acumen.<br>• Functionally and technically sound team player with proven track record delivering results.<br>• Possess growth mindset and ability to challenge the status quo.<br>• Proficient in Microsoft office, Analytics and ERP/MRP a plus.<br>• Fluent in English communication, knowledge of another language (Mandarin, Vietnamese, Bahasa, or German) an advantage.</p> <p><br>REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE<br>• University degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Textile Technology or Business Management is preferred.<br>• Minimum 3~5 years work experience, related industry is preferred.<br>• Experience in apparel Development and Production is an advantage.</p>
