We lead through innovation – in our product’s performance technologies, in our Originals fashion, and in our commitment to developing and growing the company’s most important asset: our people. </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Key responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Be aware of store sales and KPI targets, as well as individual performance targets, take ownership over them and use all available store resources to meet or exceed them</li> <li>Execute the Brand Customer Service standards to meet or exceed customers’ expectations</li> <li>The execution and maintenance of established Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards</li> <li>Process merchandise deliveries quickly and effectively</li> <li>Constantly replenish merchandising fixtures to ensure the store’s entire product offer is represented on the sales floor, with a particular focus on the Footwear category monitoring sell-through and replenishment</li> <li>Represent the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way. </li> </ul> <p><br><strong>Requirements:</strong> To be successful in your application, you will have a strong retail sales or customer service background with a proven track record of success. You will be motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement and be comfortable working in a fast paced environment. </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Working Hours:</strong><br>To be considered for the roles you will be required to have availability to work retail hours (38 hours per week) across weekdays and weekends.
