<p><strong>Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>Driving People analytics, program management, employee listening, and key HR programs to elevate organizational effectiveness and strengthen our People & Culture agenda.<br>Partnering closely with HRBPs, COEs, and business stakeholders to translate data into actionable insights, streamline processes, and ensure the successful execution of core HR initiatives.</p> <p> </p> <div align="center"><hr align="center" size="2" width="100%"></div> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>People Analytics, Data & Insights</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Translate complex HR and business data into meaningful insights and recommendations for HR leadership and key stakeholders.</li> <li>Manage data requests and ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all reporting deliverables.</li> <li>Build data literacy within the HR community through training, coaching, and knowledge sharing.</li> <li>Recommend automation and digital solutions to simplify reporting and improve workflow efficiency.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>HR Program Management</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Serve as PMO for key People & Culture projects, ensuring strong project planning, governance, stakeholder alignment, and delivery.</li> <li>Support the design and rollout of HR programs</li> <li>Identify opportunities to optimize and harmonize HR processes, <a name="_Int_nDR6vorb"></a>enhancing efficiency, transparency, and employee experience.</li> <li>Prepare communication materials, presentations, and executive updates for SLT, and cross functional leadership forums.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Stakeholder Partnerships</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Act as a trusted advisor to HRBPs, COEs, and business leaders by providing insights and thought leadership on People topics.</li> <li>Maintain strong relationships with cross functional teams, ensuring alignment with business strategies, tools, and initiatives.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <div align="center"><hr align="center" size="2" width="100%"></div> <p><strong>Key Relationships</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>HRBPs and COE Teams</li> <li>GBS HR</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Function heads, senior leaders / stakeholders of projects and initiatives</li> <li>Finance, Tech & Legal teams</li> <li>Internal communications</li> </ul> <p> </p> <div align="center"><hr align="center" size="2" width="100%"></div> <p><strong>Knowledge, Skills & Abilities</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Curious, agile, and comfortable working in an evolving business environment.</li> <li>Strong analytical, problem-solving and storytelling skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.</li> <li>Solid understanding of HR fundamentals and experience with HR data systems and tools.</li> <li>Strong PMO capabilities: planning, structuring, driving alignment, and delivering outcomes.</li> <li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to work with both technical and non‑technical audiences.</li> <li>Proficiency with data visualization and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SAC), and advanced MS Office skills.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <div align="center"><hr align="center" size="2" width="100%"></div> <p><strong>Requisite Education & Experience</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; HR, Business, Analytics, or related fields preferred.</li> <li>Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in HR analytics, HR programs, reporting, or HR transformation within a multinational or matrix environment.</li> <li>Experience in managing surveys, People insights, and/or HR project management strongly preferred.</li> <li>Fluent in both English and Japanese</li> </ul>
