The role covers end-to-end accountability for trading performance, traffic generation, CRM, product & buying, and the overall customer journey, while matrix-managing business targets and cross-functional teams (CX, Ops, Marketing, BI) to drive sustainable growth. Experience in sports industry would be ideal. • Experience managing eCommerce promotions and site operations for both official sites & 3rd party platforms • A passion for numbers and outstanding analytical skills to drive business/ marketing results, transforming data to actionable insight and recommendations • Well-organized, detailed minded, result oriented, problem solver, and able to manage multiple tasks • Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure, as well as cooperate well with team and stakeholders to achieve company goals • Strong spoken and written English • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
