<p><strong><u>SPW APP (M4) </u></strong><strong><u>Product Manager </u></strong></p> <p> </p> <p>Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:</p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Create Product based on X-BU’s market Input: SPW, Training, SPSP </li> <li>Work closely with all creation functions (Design, Developer, Sourcing) to execute product Creation</li> </ul> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Show understanding of the product creation process whilst managing all tasks within the given time frames, with special attention to speed to market</li> <li>Work within cross-functional team and with interlinked departments to enable an efficient product creation process with an optimum product outcome</li> <li>Actively execute spot or Ad-hoc product Creation (e.g. existing fabrics or already developed/existing styles from global / supplier)</li> <li>Understanding Apparel knowledge (material, technology, pattern) and capability to work closely with T1/T2 Factories</li> <li>Proactively Capturing latest Market trend & Consumer insights, implement into Product creation</li> <li>Actively Communicate with different BU, and execute Product creation based on their input</li> <li>Work independently on projects and follow up on project development</li> </ul> <p>Key Relationships:</p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Maintain a strong relationship and ensure constant dialogue/feedback with</li> </ul> <ul> <li style="list-style:none"> <ul style="list-style-type:circle"> <li>business unit across : SPW, Training, Value Range</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <ul type="circle"> <li>cross-functional team : Design, Developer, Materials, Costing, Planning</li> </ul> </ul> <p>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:</p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Transport information clear and effectively – negotiate skillfully</li> <li>Cooperate well and effectively to maintain and develop trustful relationships</li> <li>Work independently as well as part of a team</li> <li>Plan and prioritize daily working time effectively with the ability to work in a fast paced environment</li> <li>Fast and agile: work with multiple Request with un-planned Ad-hoc</li> <li>Strong analytical skills, be solution driven and result oriented</li> <li>Actively interested in lifestyle and/or fashion</li> <li>Passion for sport</li> </ul> <p>Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ul type="disc"> <li>College degree, preferably in Project Management / marketing / business</li> <li>6-8 years Product Marketing or Project Management experience with APP, FTW or ACC background</li> <li>Fluent in English</li> <li>PC skills (MS Office programs, especially PowerPoint and Excel)</li> </ul>
