<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Assist in data gathering and preparation of reports related to store performance, sales trends, and operational KPIs.</li> <li>Support the team in monitoring and updating operational trackers, store compliance documents, and franchise records.</li> <li>Help prepare presentations and materials for meetings with regional stakeholders and franchise partners.</li> <li>Participate in retail and franchise projects, including data analysis, research, and process documentation.</li> <li>Support coordination of store communications, announcements, and operational updates.</li> <li>Assist in organizing retail trainings, meetings, and workshops, including logistics preparation and minutes documentation.</li> <li>Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and updating databases as assigned.</li> <li>Join team meetings to gain exposure to regional retail operations, franchise management, and strategic initiatives.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or related field.</li> <li>School endorsement for OJT / internship hours completion.</li> <li>Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.</li> <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of data analysis is a plus.</li> <li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.</li> <li>Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and support diverse tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.</li> </ul>
