<div> <h2><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2> <h3><strong>Allocation & System Execution</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Execute daily <strong>allocation, replenishment, and stock transfer activities in the system</strong> based on sell-through performance and inventory status</li> <li>Maintain and update key <strong>system parameters</strong> (e.g., min/max stock levels, safety stock, allocation rules) to support auto-replenishment logic</li> <li>Monitor auto-replenishment results and perform <strong>manual adjustments when needed</strong></li> <li>Support <strong>initial allocation for new product launches</strong> and ongoing rolling allocation to ensure proper stock flow to stores</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Sales & Inventory Monitoring</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Track monthly <strong>retail KPIs</strong> (sell-through %, inventory turnover, weeks of cover, sell-in vs sell-out gap)</li> <li>Take timely actions on <strong>replenishment, transfer, and stock rebalancing</strong> to improve inventory efficiency</li> <li>Identify slow-moving items and execute <strong>markdown, promotion, or clearance actions</strong></li> </ul> <h3><strong>Promotion & Campaign Execution</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Support end-to-end execution of CS channel promotions, including: <ul> <li><strong>Promotion setup in system (price/discount configuration)</strong></li> <li>Preparation and validation of promotion product lists</li> <li>Allocation support to ensure sufficient stock during campaigns</li> </ul> </li> <li>Conduct basic post-promotion analysis (e.g., sell-through uplift, residual stock risk)</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Cross-functional Coordination</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams: <ul> <li>Store & Operations teams to align on demand and execution feedback</li> <li>SCM & Logistics to follow up on shipment schedules and delivery timelines</li> <li>Buying/AP teams to align on assortment and inventory strategy</li> </ul> </li> <li>Track product delivery progress and ensure alignment with sales rhythm</li> </ul> <hr> <h2><strong>Process & Operational Excellence</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Understand and follow retail KPIs, allocation and replenishment processes</li> <li>Ensure <strong>high accuracy and compliance in system operations and data handling</strong></li> <li>Identify issues in system or process (e.g., replenishment logic, data gaps) and propose improvements</li> <li>Continuously improve operational efficiency through <strong>process optimization and simple automation</strong></li> </ul> <hr> <h2><strong>Key Requirements</strong></h2> <ul> <li>2–5 years of experience in <strong>Retail, Allocation, Merchandising, or Supply Chain</strong></li> <li>Hands-on experience with <strong>allocation/replenishment systems</strong> (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JDA) is a plus</li> <li>Strong data sensitivity with good Excel skills (e.g., Pivot Table, VLOOKUP)</li> <li>Detail-oriented with strong execution capability in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams</li> </ul> </div>
