OR 5+ years of equivalent experience </span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">2+ years of experience in digital design, marketing, or web-related roles</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign;
