<table style="width:970.0px" border="0" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0"> <tbody> <tr> <td colspan="4"> <table style="width:970.0px" border="0" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="background-color:white"><img src="https://career.bayer.com/sites/g/files/kmftyc1291/files/Internal%20Job%20Postings.jpg" border="0"></td> </tr> </tbody> </table> </td> <td> </td> </tr> <tr> <td style="vertical-align:top" colspan="4"> Contract Senior Associate </td> <td style="vertical-align:top"> </td> </tr> <tr> <td style="vertical-align:top" colspan="4"> </td> <td style="vertical-align:top"> </td> </tr> <tr> <td style="vertical-align:top" colspan="4"> </td> <td style="vertical-align:top"> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table>TASKS AND RESPONSABILITIES <ul> <li>Develop and maintain 100% of the operative knowledge of the contractual process.</li> <li>Coordinate, prepare, and provide training sessions to all people involved in the process.</li> <li>Maintain direct contact with regional and local stakeholders to align mid-risk situations required for the processing of agreements.</li> <li>Keep internal information and materials organized and updated.</li> <li>Serve as the first internal escalation point whenever there are questions about the process.</li> <li>Process and review contracts via the Contract Center-Contract Lifecycle Management System (CLMS) user interface based on requests and content contributions from Bayer-internal clients, especially Procurement, General Commercial, R&D, and businesses with Healthcare Professionals.</li> <li>Guide the Requestor through every step of the process.</li> <li>Create materials required for training and communication.</li> <li>Identify complex cases or irregularities in contracts and escalate them to the Senior Expert.</li> <li>Maintain the internal repository of information.</li> <li>Identify activities that can be improved in quality and time.</li> <li>Interact with LPC Heads and Business Partners for the US.</li> <li>Interact with Heads of different Business Areas such as Insurance, Pharmacovigilance, Data Privacy, and Compliance.</li> </ul> WHO YOU ARE <ul> <li>Advanced student in Law is required.</li> <li>Experience in dealing with contracts.</li> <li>Experience in roles which require broad client interaction and coordination.</li> <li>Skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.</li> <li>Good knowledge of document management systems.</li> <li>Advanced English skills, spoken and written.</li> <li>Customer service.</li> <li>Time management.</li> <li>Organizational skills.</li> <li>Flexibility to adapt to changes.</li> <li>Professional oral and written communication skills.</li> </ul> At Bayer we believe in diversity, equity and inclusion.
