This role oversees multiyear mine development strategies, leads cross functional technical teams, and ensures ore supply, cost control, and safety performance align to long range business objectives. The position serves as a key technical authority influencing capital planning, operational excellence, geologic integration, and long-term asset value. This position is based in Soda Springs, Idaho, and plays a crucial role in delivering budgeted ore and quartzite quantities safely and efficiently to the Soda Springs plant.
