What you'll be doing <ul> <li>Partner with business leaders to deliver services that support company objectives and that are consistent with Winning Together values.</li> <li>Play a key role in designing solutions for our enterprise customers consisting of large-scale Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) and End User Compute (EUC) solutions across Microsoft, Apple, HP, Lenovo, Dell, and others.</li> <li>Solution complex endpoint management solutions for our customers including end-to-end device lifecycle services.</li> <li>Support customer engagements at a senior level, identifying risks and ensuring robust, secure solutions</li> <li>Understand industry-leading platforms like Microsoft Intune, JAMF, Workspace One, and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM)</li> <li>Stay ahead of the curve - maintain technical certifications and stay informed of evolving market trends, tools, and security standards.</li> <li>Build trusted relationships with customers and key internal stakeholders.</li> <li>Embrace and support Computacenter’s mission and core values.</li> </ul> What you have <ul> <li>3-5 years solution selling experience in the end user space</li> <li>Proven experience with Mobile Device Management (Microsoft Intune, JAMF, Workspace One)</li> <li>Endpoint security experience, especially Microsoft Defender for Endpoint</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Legally eligible to work in the United States</li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li>Strong Apple device management experience, including Apple Business Manager</li> <li>Deep understanding of Windows 11, macOS, and mobile device configurations</li> <li>Proficiency in client management tools like MECM and image creation (Autopilot, task sequences)</li> <li>Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills</li> <li>Experience with Intune Suite and Workspace One design</li> <li>Familiarity with other MDM tools like SOTI, Samsung Knox, or Good</li> <li>Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID</li> </ul> What you can expect There’s so much more to enjoy about being at Computacenter than just having a rewarding career.
